Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from abethiessen.ca ("we", "us", "our"). By buying a coaching program or payment plan from us, you ("you", "client") agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. Programs and prices

We sell coaching programs and the payment options for them. All prices are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. The price, plan and number of payments are shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.

3. Payment plans are a commitment

If you choose a monthly payment plan, you agree to pay every payment in that plan. The Standard monthly plan is 6 monthly payments. The Premium monthly plan is 12 monthly payments.

By choosing a monthly plan, you authorize us to charge the card you used at checkout each month until all payments in the plan are made. Payments stop automatically once the plan is complete.

Monthly plans cannot be cancelled, paused or shortened. If you stop taking part in the program, the remaining payments are still due.

4. Failed payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge and ask you to update your payment details. We may suspend your access to the program until the overdue amount is paid. The full balance of your plan remains owing.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not give refunds for any program or payment, including for partial use, missed sessions, a change of mind or a change in circumstances. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us at info@abethiessen.ca first so we can look into it. Disputing a valid charge with your bank or card issuer does not cancel your plan or end your obligation to pay it.

7. Your participation and results

Coaching is educational. What you get out of it depends on your own decisions and effort, and on factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, income or return.

8. Not professional advice

Nothing in the program is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Before you make any investment or business decision, you are responsible for getting advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

9. Program materials

Materials we provide are for your own personal use while you are a client. You may not copy, share, resell or publish them without our written permission.

10. Conduct

We may end your participation if you are abusive or disruptive toward us or other clients, or if you break these terms. If that happens, no refund is given and any remaining plan payments stay owing.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to a program is limited to the amount you paid us for that program.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
